If you are thinking about buying a house in Spain in the region in which Bart is active, Bart is the right man for you! Bart immediately understood our wishes after we spoke to him from the Netherlands. Nevertheless, we had also made an appointment with other brokers. And quite frankly, without wanting to offend these people, they were more taxi drivers than brokers. Often did not know the details and it seemed more like they wanted to sell a house as quickly as possible.

Going out with Bart was very different. He showed us a few houses, which largely met our wishes. At the end of the day, after a great lunch, he brought us to a piece of building land. Well, that was love at first sight! The location was good, the location of the house, etc. Only, the house still had to be built... We signed the sale in April, after Bart had helped us tremendously to implement quite a few changes in the design. Some fairly simple and others that required modifications in the construction. Because the promoter wanted to put four roughly equal houses, that was not entirely easy, but Bart managed to implement all the changes we wanted!

During the entire construction, which was planned to take seven months, Bart helped us tremendously! Without Bart there and us at a distance, we would never have succeeded. Bart regularly checked the construction so that adjustments could be made immediately, which would benefit the ultimate living pleasure. He has an eye for details and thinks along as if it were his own home. And this did not always go without a fight, a ten for his angelic patience and perseverance.

In the end, construction progressed considerably and we were only able to move into the house in mid-April 2023. We are now eight (!) months after November and the house is still not in our name, even though all installments have been paid. In practice, we use the house and the official settlement still follows.

How far will Bart go for the interests of his customers? Very far! We also had a legal conflict with the promoter and Bart assisted us in word and deed! Where another real estate agent in Spain thinks that his job is done with the signing of the purchase contract, the real service only begins for Bart. He is only satisfied when his customer is.

Without Bart, our adventure would have ended in a huge frustration. We have a friend and now we regularly visit Our Spanish casa with great pleasure!
