Nell and Bram van der Slik

Last winter we came into contact with Bart van Campoverde47 Casas through friends of ours because we were interested in a house in San Pedro del Pinatar.
The information about this house and the possibilities etc here was very well taken.
However, this house did not become it. Because Bart was able to estimate us well, he showed us another house.
Within 5-10 seconds I "fell" for this house and it was purchased with Bart's help. It is a show house and could be delivered quickly.
Then it turned out, so after the purchase that Bart really went to work for us, he guided us in everything because we do not yet speak the Spanish language. Think of a gestor, paperwork, lawyers, insurance, mediation with construction etc etc. What a help!!!
Awesome………. and we could call at any time if there was something, and there was a lot because we got the house delivered very quickly, we had to extend our holiday.
When our house was delivered, we were spoiled and surprised with champagne and a surprise package, what an attention!! .
